1. Services

We provide video production services including but not limited to:

• Pre-production planning

• Filming and videography

• Post-production editing

• Motion graphics and animation

• Sound design

• Delivery of final media files

A detailed scope of work will be agreed upon in writing for each project.

2. Quotes and Payment Terms

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. To begin any project, a non-refundable deposit—typically 50% of the total fee—is required. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the completed video or as outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services until the account is settled.

3. Revisions

We include a limited number of revision rounds in each project, which will be clearly defined in the project agreement. If further revisions are requested beyond the included rounds, these will be billed separately. Clients are encouraged to provide timely and consolidated feedback to avoid delays and additional charges.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

While the client receives full usage rights to the final edited video for the purposes agreed upon, all raw footage, project files, and unused materials remain the property of [Your Company Name] unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not repurpose, edit, or resell our work without our express permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth production process, clients must provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals within the agreed timeframes. Delays caused by missing content, unclear direction, or lack of communication may affect the final delivery date and result in additional fees. When filming on location or involving third parties, clients are responsible for securing permissions and releases.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If a client chooses to cancel a project before filming begins, a partial refund of the deposit may be offered at our discretion. Once production has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to the time and resources already committed. Should we need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or breach of agreement, the client will be notified immediately and an appropriate resolution will be proposed.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence and punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as equipment failure, weather conditions, or third-party actions. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your materials, ideas, and communications. We will not share any project details or footage without your written consent. However, we may request permission to use final videos in our portfolio, website, or promotional content unless the client specifies otherwise.

9. Governing Law
